Totolink A3600R 4.1.2cu.5182_B20201102 contains a command injection caused by manipulation of the "NoticeUrl" argument in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi setNoticeCfg function, letting remote attackers execute arbitrary commands, exploit requires no special privileges.
