Overview

Open-WebSearch < 2.1.7 contains a server-side request forgery caused by improper handling of bracketed IPv6 literals and lack of DNS resolution in isPublicHttpUrl/assertPublicHttpUrl, letting attackers perform non-blind SSRF with response returned, exploit requires crafted URL input.
