Realtek rtl819x Jungle SDK rtl8192cd Wi-Fi kernel driver <= v3.4.14B contains an access control bypass caused by lack of checks on write_mem and read_mem ioctl debug handlers, letting attackers read and write memory arbitrarily, exploit requires no special privileges.
